Formed just after the new millennium, husband and
wife team Tim & Emilie Love opened the Lonesome Dove
Western Bistro in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards
on little more than a vision &
less than $1000 dollars left in their bank account.
Combining their skills of restaurant management &
culinary prowess, they launched a company that has
seen remarkable growth and earned Tim Love a spot in
Fort Worth's coveted "40 Under 40" by the Fort Worth
Business Press in 2003.
Today, their company Love Style Inc. encompasses Tim
& Emilie's original restaurant, Lonesome Dove, as well as the
legendary western nightclub, The White Elephant
Saloon, and next door is The Love Shack which serves
up the best burgers you'll ever eat.
Upon the success of the Lonesome Dove Western
Bistro, Chef Love introduced his own brand of
bottled sauces in 2002. Featuring a zesty
barbeque & a spicy ranchero, they have become hot
sellers among Chef Love's fan base.
In 2003, Love partnered with Trefethen Vineyards to
create The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro Chardonnay
and Cabernet Sauvignon. The award winning Napa
Valley winery and Chef Love are currently
collaborating to release a Viognier in early 2007.
In 2004, Chef Love launched the Love Style
Restaurant Edition stainless steel and copper clad
cookware line. In 2005 Love’s products made their
debut on the Home Shopping Network with The Cottage
Collection by Tim Love, a uniquely-designed cast
iron cookware brand created in partnership with
Outset. Most recently, Love partnered with Thermador
to promote their new Induction cooktop line as well
as to develop other professional cooking products.
